Where are your products manufactured?
Our products, including our Chili Crunch and noodles, are developed in the Momofuku Test Kitchen and produced with high-quality ingredients sourced globally to ensure authentic flavor profiles.
Are your noodles vegan-friendly?
Most of our air-dried noodle varieties are vegan. However, we always recommend checking the specific ingredient list on the product page or packaging for the most accurate dietary information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team within 14 days.
How should I store my Chili Crunch?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration after opening. Simply store it in a cool, dry place and ensure the lid is tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
