If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    If there is any damage or a missing item, take a clear photo of the shipping box and the affected products to help us expedite your claim.

    Once reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
